Trend 1: cowboy boots

Decorated with buckles, metal caps or embroidery: Comfortable Cowboy Boots Mid Heel are probably the most casual shoe choice for fall and winter, and were this season to see on the catwalks of New York to Paris. Whether pants, skirts or dresses combined - in autumn / winter 2017/18, anything is possible!

Trend 2: Brutish Boots

Sturdy, robust, Combat Boots: The rough boot with rough profile sole are made for continuous rain and slush weather - and go very well with delicate skirts and dresses (long live the break in style!). Altuzarra showed knee-high boots with laces, Dior ankle boots with metal buckles and Hermès camel-colored models with a platform sole.

Trend 3: Glittering Shoes

Bright prospects for the autumn / winter season there thanks to a silver-colored shoe creations with glitter effect that look as if you wear the starry sky on your feet. Isabel Marants Glitter Pumps are combined in the fall / winter Lurex socks that acute ankle booties by Marco De Vincenzo to bare leg and Chanel's knee-high silver boots for color matching tights.

Trend 4: knee boots

Overknees have developed a real Permatrend, this autumn / winter season remain with us - and warm even with short dresses or skirts. Ellery presented the velvet variant in bright violet, Céline and designer Nina Ricci super tight knee boots with metal caps that clung like a second skin on the legs of the runway models and Balmain, the open-toe variant with an open toe.

Trend 5: Red shoes

The flaming red celebrated during the Fashion Month is a huge comeback on the catwalks and of course does not before the shoes stop: At Prada, it was decorated with feathers to admire red sandals, red at Gucci and Maison Margiela (plateau) boots with Snake- Print and Victoria Beckham 70s-high boots in Bordeaux and bright red, which were combined into flowing skirts and dresses.

Trend 6: shoes made of velvet

A megatrend for the winter season 2017/18 is velvet - for dresses, skirts and suits as well as shoes. Whether knee boots (Ellery, Fendi), flat loafers (Erdem, Attico) or pumps (Tibi, Dries van Noten) - in the winter of iridescent fabric in various shoe models will be found.

Trend 7: Slouchy Boots

Welcome to the 80s! Slouchy boots, so skidding boots with supposedly, wrinkles Throwing shaft, experience in Autumn / Winter 2017/18 their great revival - of course with a modern interpretation and not a bit dusty. Michael Kors Collection, the semi-high boots were combined to knit dresses and cargo skirts, (in the paint variant) at Saint Laurent too tight-fitting trousers and mini skirts and designer Marc Jacobs sent his models in slouchy boots and thin nylon stockings down the runway.

Trend 8: White shoes

There was a time, as were white shoes (except bridal shoes and sneakers) as a fashion no-go and extremely trashy. Since last winter, however, they are returned to the catwalks of New York to Paris - in all possible variations and heel heights. Balenciaga showed sharp white sock boots that reached above the knee, Gucci flowered white boots, Maison Margiela pumps with kitten heel and Calvin Klein Collection white sandals with decorative details heels.
