Insanity Fast and Furious and P90X Extreme Workout Program Working Together
Insanity Fast and Furious is another great Beachbody® fitness program. The basis of the program is to provide very fast paced workouts for those who do not have enough time to devote to a regular fitness program (usually 45 meters to 1 hour). For 22 minutes, Shaun T showed all his talent. Perform an intense yet highly productive and effective workout routine. This is a cardio-based program in which you work your entire body. Shaun T is very energetic and enthusiastic. It’s impressive how deftly he can deliver a class. He encourages you to always push your limits and never give up.
The program consists of a very focused 2-minute warm-up, followed by the exercise routine itself. You will have a break at approximately 8:30 after the show begins. First, you’ll drink some water, then, you’ll do breathing and stretching exercises (trust me, you’ll need them). At the end of the second and final burst training, such breakthrough training will occur again.
Insanity Fast and Furious is different from the regular Insanity workout program. In the original and full version, Shawn T.’s workout routine requires you to devote 6 days a week, consuming approximately 45 to 1 hour of daytime time depending on the stage you are in. It’s a great workout program that’s been named a bestseller on sites like Amazon for months on end. This is a great option for those who want to have a toned body through cardio. No equipment required, just a towel. A pair of good shoes, I would say is fundamental. Insanity routine results can be very fast if done correctly. Expect final results in an unbelievably short time of 2 months.
As a big fan of the P90X, I use both of these programs in my workout routine. So, P90X joins the crazy fast and furious (not official) for a phenomenal combination. My favorite P90X routines are Back & Biceps; Chest, Shoulders & Triceps; and Kempos. How Fast & Furious fits with my goal of helping me manage my weight and get in shape. P90X helps me build muscle and develop body structure. Using these two programs makes my workout routine more fun, less repetitive and more effective.
I try to work out 5 times a week with both programs. In my opinion, this is the best amount for anyone to achieve their fitness goals in about three months. It only makes a difference if you’re in an emergency and you really need to lose weight or get fit fast. Follow any planned nutrition plan properly and you’ll be fine. Both are perfect. During these five days, I applied Insane Fast and Furious and varied the P90X workout routine. So, during this time, I strictly follow the rules and the other two days of the week, I am free to enjoy with my friends and do what I want.
