For 48 cents, a can a day would be perfect for getting a flat stomach and losing weight. You can cook black beans in 5 minutes.
3. 5-6 small meals are better than 2-3 large meals
The reason more meals are better is because every time you eat, the digestive process increases your metabolism to digest the food. So, the more often you eat, the faster your metabolism. Now, be reasonable here.
