There is so much crap on this topic every day. The worst products are usually savvy marketed diet pills that promise so many results and almost ALWAYS fall short!

So what are the really best weight loss recommendations? I’ll cut to the chase here because I’m not one to sugar coat. The best way to successfully lose weight and keep it off is to get off your lazy ass and do something! Anything!! Just do what you can.

Humans are inherently lazy and this often leads them to gain weight with each passing chronological year. The best ideals of men’s health and fitness come from physical activity. I’m not saying it has to be hard work.

It’s actually not hard work at all when you make men’s fitness a lifestyle and not a chore.

I would highly recommend interval cardio training for 20-30 minutes, 3-5 days a week. That’s only about 3% of your entire day! Are you seriously telling me you can’t dedicate 3% of your day to your health and fitness goals?

It doesn’t have to be a 20 minute, 5 day a week break. Start slow, take baby steps, you’ll get there eventually. If you value your life at all, you should value good health as well. These fitness tips for weight loss are not that hard to follow and you will get used to them like anything else in life.

MUSCLE BUILDING

Generally, I like to lift weights every other day to build muscle. And usually the whole muscle building routine can be done in about 20 minutes. Allow yourself a day of rest in between to allow your body and muscles to recover. Strength training is a huge part of optimal male health and fitness.

Don’t have time to go to the gym? Invest in a home gym! I highly recommend a Bowflex or Total Gym home gym. Bowflex is ideal for maximum muscle building, while Total Gym is ideal for total body toning and modest muscle building.

Not to mention they are both incredibly easy to use. Having a home gym in your home will also save you gas and aggravation driving in traffic to and from the gym!

You see guys, men’s fitness does NOT have to be hard or difficult.

So now that you have a slim and near-perfect body, where do we go from here?

FACIAL EXERCISES

To complete the ultimate men’s health and fitness plan, I would highly recommend facial exercises for men. Why? Regular exercise and strength often do not build precisely defined facial features. While building muscle will define the chest and shoulder area, it will not effectively target the muscles of the face and neck.

What can be achieved with these exercises? How about a sharpened jawline, enhanced cheekbones, removal of bags under the eyes and a double chin? Not to mention the boost of confidence that will come from your new look. Just imagine what can come from a quick burst of fresh, newfound confidence.

The nice thing about facial exercises is that the results are super fast!

They only take about 15 minutes of your day and can be done while sitting in traffic, on a plane, or pretty much anywhere! There are over 50 muscles in the face and it would be naive to think that we could not also manipulate these muscles and shape and define them for improved facial features without plastic surgery!
