1. First, you probably have 5 or more pounds of water that you need to get rid of. You will need to drink a lot of water for this.

Today it just makes people fat and bloated.

2. Your body has at least 5-10 pounds of putrefactive waste and fecal matter clogging it.

For this I recommend black beans, apples and bananas.

Eat 1 can of black beans a day… for 25 grams of fiber. Also eat 3 bananas or apples a day. That gives you about 15 grams.

This fiber will help displace these wastes. It can take some time because that junk is wedged in there pretty well (in most cases) after years of your dietary abuse. Just be consistent with 40 or more grams of fiber a day and slowly but surely the stuff will be released and flushed out of your body.
