1. Maximum fat loss achieved. As mentioned above, these fasts are usually 2 days per week, so you are effectively cutting almost 2 full days of calorie intake per week. This alone will promote rapid healthy weight loss, as we know that eating fewer calories than you burn is the foundation of all successful weight loss strategies.
