o Don’t wait until the very end to start “dieting” and “exercising”.

o Don’t starve yourself by going on low-calorie diets.

o Don’t eat bland and boring foods, otherwise you won’t be able to stick to your wedding menu for long.

o Don’t waste your time just doing cardio, you can achieve wedding weight loss by working out.

o Do not eat only 1-3 meals a day, this will slow down your metabolism.
