1 week

Monday: Walk 40 minutes

Tuesday: Run for 20 minutes

Wednesday: Play an hour of tennis

Thursday: Road bike 40 minutes

Friday: In-line skating 40 minutes

Saturday: Hour of hiking

Sunday: Road bike 30 minutes

This is just a sample of what an outdoor cadio schedule might look like for you. The activities will depend on your likes and dislikes and the length of the sessions will depend on your current cardio fitness level.

As you get used to your routine, try increasing the amount of time you spend on certain activities depending on your weight loss goals.
