Many of my female friends, especially those with babies, say that the belly fat is the hardest to lose. I am sure; Every one of us has struggled with losing belly fat. A simple regimen can begin with joint-strengthening exercises. It is very useful to do Surya Namaskar, which exercises almost all the muscles of the body and strengthens the muscles, especially in the trunk, abdomen and back. As you progress, you can increase the number of Surya Namaskars daily.

You can follow this with asanas or poses like Trikonasana or Triangle Pose; Pavanmuktasana or a pose that helps you get rid of gas; Bhujangasana or cobra-like pose; And many more asanas that help tone the abdomen.

After that you can move on to pranayama, which is an asana that regulates one’s breathing.
