How to Get Big Arms Fast – 3 Exercises to Get Huge Arms

Big muscular arms are the true definition of strength and power and can really change a person’s appearance and self-confidence. The problem is that most people think how to get big arms fast Make the mistake of focusing only on biceps and believing that biceps mean big arms.

First let me give you a little anatomy lesson…

To get big, impressive arms, you should work on the 3 main muscle groups that make up the arms – biceps, triceps and forearms. It is these 3 muscle groups in combination and the balanced development of all three that will help you get big arms quickly.

Here I’ll show you my 3 favorite exercises to get big arms fast – one for each of the major arm muscle groups.

How To Get Big Arms Fast – Biceps – Standing Curl

The true king of bicep exercises, this is used by people of all levels from Mr. Olympia to novice to get big bulging biceps.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell with both hands under your armpits. Let it hang in front of you at arm’s length, making sure your elbows are tucked in and close to your torso.

Now raise the barbell by rotating only your forearms, using the strength of your biceps, until the barbell is about shoulder level. Hold the contraction for one pause to maximize effort, then lower to the starting position.

Repeat for 3 sets of 6-10 reps

How to Get Big Arms Fast – Triceps – Dumbbell Extensions

This exercise especially stimulates the large inner head of the triceps and works like a charm. Lie on a bench with a normal weight (the one you’d use for a chest press) and hold a barbell with your arms extended (but bend your elbows slightly to avoid injury) – hands a little less than shoulder-width apart. Now lower the weight by bending your forearm down without moving your upper arm – this should be an arcing motion and should be lowered until the barbell is about an inch from your forehead. Now push the bar back up in an arcing motion using only the triceps.

Do 3 sets of 6-10 reps.

How Get the big guns fast – Forearm – Wrist Curls

Anyone who has tried them knows they are incredible for building big, strong forearm muscles and iron grips.

Sit on the side of a flat bench and hold a barbell with your hands so that your elbows rest on your thigh muscles and your forearms point straight ahead (palms should be facing down).

Now simply rotate your hands up and down in a controlled manner and you should start to feel the burning sensation pretty quickly.

Repeat 2 sets of 6-10 repetitions, then perform the same exercise with palms up to work the other forearm muscles.
