So I engage in thorough physical activities to exercise my muscles effectively. Imagine that I will not only enjoy stronger muscles, but also a taller figure.

How does abdominal exercise help?

Abdominal exercises are one of the important methods to increase my height naturally. Strong abs can help us get taller because the strength of our abs is in direct contact with the muscle strength of our lower back.

We can have good posture if our lower back muscles are in good shape. If we have weak abs and lower back muscles, then we also have poor posture which can reduce our height. Our spine can be flexible if our lower back muscles are strong. Remember that the strength of our spine is the main key to our growth. If we exercise the abdominal muscles, we will have extra pounds in the abdomen. This will help us relax our back and improve our posture.

Abs exercises to increase height

These are two exercises to increase my height that have helped me. I think it will be useful for other people too. These exercises are great if you add them to your abs workout program so your entire abs will improve. Don’t forget that as you improve your abs, you’re also improving your back.

1. Lower Abs Crunch

This exercise will focus on the lower abdominal muscles. Your muscles will be stronger, so you will have better support for your lower back. You can perform this exercise on the ground or on a bench.

Your back should be flat on the ground and your knees should be bent at a 45 degree angle. Help your knees slowly reach your chest by contracting your lower abs. Stay there for about five seconds. Then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise at least 15 times.

2. Lifting the legs

The hip lift or leg lift is an effective follow-up exercise after working out the lower abdominal muscles. By strengthening your abdominal muscles, you will further improve your lower back strength.

This is an easy and effective exercise. I was able to increase my height with leg lifts. You will feel the effect of this exercise when you work out your lower back and abdominal muscles.

Lie down on the floor and prepare for this exercise. You need to stretch your legs up so that they are perpendicular to your body. Raise your hips three to five inches off the floor while pushing your lower abs up. Keep your legs straight while lifting.

Gently lower your hips as you return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 15 times.

If I increased my height naturally with abdominal exercises, then there is no reason why you can’t. But more than exercise, you should also follow a healthy lifestyle. It will be a big waste of time if you continue to exercise without improving your lifestyle. So good luck and enjoy the higher.
