Turbo Jam Review: How to Achieve Weekly Weight Loss With Turbo Jam Workout

Turbo Jam is a fun cardio kickboxing DVD workout program designed to help women lose weight, tone their abs and thighs. Does the exercise program live up to the hype and success you see on TV infomercials? Can anyone really lose weight with this program?

I first used Turbo Jam in May of 2011. Before I discovered this program, I was 20 pounds overweight and struggling with chronic fatigue from the autoimmune disease ulcerative colitis and had not exercised for over 2 years due to the fatigue of the disease. I was tired all the time, I had no energy to work or play my favorite sport, basketball. After purchasing and using Turbo Jam, my life was completely turned around. I lost 12 pounds and 8.5 inches in 38 days, from 160 pounds to 148 pounds and dropped 2 inches from my waist. I have now started playing basketball again and feel like my life is coming back after a tough 6 year battle with Ulcerative Colitis. I now have the energy to do 40 minutes of high intensity cardio 4 times a week! I experience deep, restful sleep and now wake up with more energy than I have ever had since my colitis diagnosis. All I know is that if you want to lose weight, reduce your waistline and have more energy for the things you love, I highly recommend turbo jam. Unfortunately, many people who buy into the program will not experience the rapid weight loss results that I experienced and will instead struggle to lose weight every week.
