Here’s a quick way to lose 8 pounds. This is a good way for people who are casual about losing weight and for people who are really hardcore about losing weight. Regardless, you will lose weight very quickly.
Fast way to lose 8 pounds
1. Remove putrid fecal material and undigested waste
Okay, that’s a little gross, but if you’re overweight, you most likely have at least 10 pounds of rotting feces and undigested meat and other food in your intestinal tract. They are a bit wedged and wedged in there. All they do is clog and block the excretion of food and waste products from seeping through your blood and body. NOT GOOD!

If you’re overweight, you’re probably retaining water…over 5 pounds. You won’t retain water if you drink more water. It has a biological component. When your body senses that there isn’t much water around, it holds onto it for your own good… and SURVIVAL.
So by drinking much more water than you currently do, you’re telling your body that the water retention isn’t needed and is only weighing you down. Within a few days after drinking large amounts of water, the body will release all or most of the retained water.
Combining these 2 things is a quick way to lose 8 pounds without going on all those diets.
