  9. Ground beef meat – Make a big burger and top it with everything from cheese to sauteed mushrooms to grilled onions… or crumble and cook with taco seasoning and use in provolone cheese taco shells; add a bowl of lettuce, avocado, cheese, sour cream for a tortilla-free taco salad
  10. Almond (plain or flavored) – this is a tasty and healthy snack; but remember to count them when you eat because carbs add up. Flavors include habanero, coconut, salt and vinegar, and more.
