Okay, first things first. I just have to ask: Did I do well to ask you what the heck is MDF? I just hope I didn’t make you think that MDF is some kind of dangerous illegal weight loss supplement made by some underground pharmaceutical company (lol)!
Well my friend, if you want to get fast results then it is important that you build your transformation program by focusing on the 3 most important things in the right order. Those 3 things are:
M – Metabolism: It is extremely important that you focus on the things you need to do to increase your metabolism and prevent it from slowing down. I know this may seem confusing and different compared to many other things you may have heard because diet is the number one rule. Diet is VERY important, but EVERYTHING you do needs to be based on keeping your metabolism going… and that includes diet… so the first thing you should focus on is figuring out what you need to do, to increase your metabolism. on your list.
D – Diet: The next most important thing you should focus on is your diet. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in the gym or how long you’ve been running, if your diet isn’t in check, there will be little to no results. Unfortunately for myself, I had to learn this the hard way! I would just eat whatever I wanted and assume that by messing my ass up with exercise everything would be fine… and boy was I wrong!
F – Fitness: And last but not least, of course, you have to focus on fitness. Exercise is like the engine of a car, your metabolism is the car itself and diet is the petrol. (WOW… that was pretty impressive! I’ll make sure to copyright that quote ASAP… lol)! Anyway, making sure you are doing the right fitness routines is what will get you that amazing body in no time.
Now, here’s how to put it all together…
1.) Because of the diet, you have to start the metabolism. So that means you need to go on a diet program based on eating in a way that increases your metabolic rate. Ways to do this are by eating smaller meals frequently throughout the day, shifting calories around, eating healthy foods paired with cheat foods in a special way, eating the right nutrients to boost your metabolism (such as dark green vegetables and foods high in antioxidants), and more.
2.) You have to start your metabolism again to get fit. This means you have to press the stop button on the treadmill, step off the platform and step away from it! Long boring cardio WILL NOT GET YOUR METABOLISM UP! Contrary to what you may see at the gym all the time, cardio is not the best type of exercise to get in shape.
The most effective and efficient way to lose weight fast is to actually build muscle! Why do you ask that? When you build lean muscle tissue, you not only burn calories during your workout, you burn calories WELL AFTER your workout! And that’s because building muscle increases your metabolic rate and your resting metabolic rate!
When you do cardio, I suggest you do the number one type of cardio that is best for maintaining muscle tissue… and that would be high intensity cardio or high intensity interval cardio. Both types of exercise take much less time than traditional cardio, are more fun, and of course burn a lot of calories!
So if you are wondering how to lose weight fast and if it was safe then as you can see from above if you focus on MDF (metabolism then diet then fitness) and if you do the right things with each then make no mistake you will see results within the first week! In fact, when I focused and started focusing more on boosting my metabolism through diet and exercise, I lost almost 5 pounds in the first week…naturally and permanently!
