What is the Fastest Way to Lose Weight in 2 Weeks?

Understanding what the fastest way to lose weight in 2 weeks can really kick you into a diet and exercise regimen that will allow you to achieve a beautiful, healthy body and keep it off for the long term.

However, like any good plan, mine consists of a few “golden rules”… you have to commit; you must consciously change your food intake; and the most obvious is that you need to get off that couch and get moving!

Let’s discuss them in detail here…

A) Yes, you have to WANT it first! And I mean really commit to follow through. It’s like any goal you set. Losing weight doesn’t come without hard work and determination, and only YOU can be in control of what you do, when you choose to do it, and how. Trust me, I totally understand that once you start any weight loss plan, you want to see results within DAYS!! But the truth is, there is no magic pill (even if you’ve read such false claims from all those scammers).

The thing to keep in mind is that you are not alone…

So many people are in the same boat as you and MANY of them are losing weight! And do you know what their so-called secret is? They really dedicated themselves to sticking to it and not letting anything stand in their way. It won’t come without hard work, but anyone, regardless of age or size, can change their body.

B) YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! This has got to be one of the best phrases ever. The truth is, what you choose to consume on a daily basis affects your body. It’s the real science of weight loss. I’ve mentioned this before, but that’s because the math is very simple: Eat less food + burn more calories = lose weight.

I know what you’re thinking!

It “sounds easy” but I also know it’s not (FYI I’ve struggled with weight loss my whole life). For me, I’ve been on the same diet for a while and it’s the only real diet that’s ever worked for me long-term. I remember asking people at the gym what was the fastest way to lose weight in 2 weeks and knowing that many of their answers would never be something I could maintain on a diet. Some of their proposals were seriously absurd.

C) MOVE! You guessed it! You need to understand that losing weight will require physical fitness. Your body may not like you at first, but as I mentioned above, unless YOU miraculously come on a magic pill, there is no other way to drop the pounds.

Exercise must become your friend.

And trust me, once you start seeing results in 1 week, and especially 2 weeks, you will be so HAPPY with yourself and eager to continue on this new and healthy path.

Learning to love your body once you reach an achievable and realistic goal is the most satisfying feeling in the world. I’ve helped many people struggle with weight loss, but not only is the “weight loss” part important to me as a diet coach and nutritionist, it’s also the education I give to do it the right way, safely and healthily.
