Try sitting breathing or pulling in the belly and then releasing as these are effective but also appropriate ways to exercise while your baby is growing.

Remember that proper exercise will only benefit your baby and your body. Don’t worry that the build-up of sweat will take away all the nutrients from your baby. Rather, you should try to eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables that have enough of the necessary nutrients and minerals.

This will help you keep the baby weight to a minimum and once you give birth, your body and your baby will thank you!
