Again, sugary drinks are very bad for a slim, trim figure, so try replacing these drinks with either plain water or some pleasantly flavored water that you enjoy drinking. Don’t drink too much fresh fruit juice or smoothies because although they can be quite healthy, they also pack on the pounds.

A final tip would be to try and exercise for at least 15 minutes a day if you can, and again a routine will help with this. Sit-ups or push-ups are a great form of exercise to slim down again after pregnancy, as they will not only help you lose weight around your belly but also strengthen your abdominal muscles. You can also leave the car at home and go to the local store with your baby in the stroller instead. You’ll be surprised how a few simple steps can make a big difference.
