Follow the 10 Idiot Proof Diet Rules and Lose Weight

“The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook” is used by the popular Fat loss 4 Idiots weight loss plan. This manual is based on ten rules on how to lose 9 kg per 11 days. If you follow these rules, you can too. Below I list these ten rules:

Rule #1 – Use the concept of calorie change. The calorie shift method is a key concept in the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Plan and is the single most important factor that makes the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet more effective than other traditional diets. However, how to do this is explained in great detail in the Manual. You don’t really have to think about what you’re going to eat because the system will automatically create an 11-day meal plan based on your favorite foods.

Rule #2 – Alternate Meals By this I mean you should alternate your meals from protein meals one day to carb meals the next and so on.

Rule #3 – Limit your food intake Limit what you eat to four meals a day with at least two and a half hours between each meal you eat.

Rule #4 – Prepare your meals All your meals must be prepared at home. Stay away from fast food and other restaurants. You need to be in full control of what you eat.

Rule #5 – Stay away from candy Candies, snacks and sweets now and then you can of course eat but don’t make this a habit. Limit it to say once a week, for example, on Saturdays.

Rule #6 – No sugary drinks or sodas.

Rule #7 – Avoid sauces and rich sauces. But you can season your food however you want.

Rule #8 – You must drink water several times a day first and foremost because when you drink water you will fill your stomach and thus automatically eat less. Additionally, it is healthy to flush your system regularly with water.

Rule #9 – Allow enough time for your meals. Eating slowly will prevent you from filling up and overeating.

Rule #10 – Walk at least 30 minutes every day. Walking is a great way to exercise when you want to lose weight.

If you follow the no-nonsense diet rules listed above, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your weight loss goal. Don’t expect miracles with just these rules. To kick your metabolism into high gear and really speed up your weight loss, you need to learn a few more tricks.
