Fennel. The Chinese used fennel seeds as a remedy for nausea associated with morning sickness. Just take one tablespoon of fennel seeds and grind it into a cup. Fill a cup with boiling water, let cool, and sip to help ease nausea.

Lavender and thyme. If smells that don’t normally bother you make you sick, try keeping some lavender and thyme on hand to inhale when your stomach starts to turn.
