Waiting for your baby to be born can be the most exciting time of your life! A little person is developing inside of you and will soon enter the wide world and join your family. For this, daily massages with shea or cocoa butter or vitamin E are recommended. They can also occur due to nutritional deficiencies, such as insufficient vitamin E, C, or zinc. So make sure you eat healthy and nutritious meals.

2. Cellulite.

Much of this has to do with toxins and waste buildup. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush out your digestive system, and massage problem areas for a few minutes each day to help flush out toxins. Relax and breathe – If you’re stressed, tight muscles can also stop waste from moving out of your system.

3. Pregnancy acne.

Again drinking plenty of water and eating a healthy diet will help combat this. Make an effort to wash your face morning and night with a gentle cleanser, but avoid products with chemical exfoliators. Another very important thing is to remove makeup before going to bed – no matter how tired you are.

4. Constipation.

Often, this can be difficult if you need to take iron supplements. Drink plenty of water as much as possible, eat foods rich in fiber, and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

5. Swollen feet and legs.

Take a break and lift your legs up as much as you can. Try to avoid standing for long periods of time and don’t wear tight clothing or elastic bands around your legs.

There are many factors that affect the health of expectant mothers. However, we don’t want to focus only on the negatives. Because it’s a really good time and should be enjoyed! Just don’t think you have to battle any ailment for the full 9 months – because there are usually things you can do to reduce or even eliminate the problem. For example, did you know that drinking 8 – 10 glasses of water a day can help prevent all 5 diseases? Drinking plenty of water and eating a balanced, nutritious diet is sure to put you on the right track for a healthy pregnancy.
