3 Exercises to reduce the waist

1. Hindu squats

This helps reduce waist size by burning a ton of calories. It creates a huge oxygen deficit that forces the body to burn fat for energy. Here’s what you do…

In your living room or anywhere else, squat up and down as fast as you can. Make sure to touch or run your toes on the ground with each rep to make sure you went low enough with the squat. Do 100 reps in less than 5 minutes. Once you get the hang of it, add another 100 reps and do it in less than 10 minutes.

No weights or anything else needed. Keep your back pretty straight as you do this. Do it every day. Hi! Don’t worry, it only takes 5-10 minutes.

2. Walking uphill

This is another giant. This also creates a huge oxygen deficit that forces the body to burn belly fat for energy. All you have to do is take the treadmill and incline it to 10-15 degrees and walk for 15 minutes. Does it sound simple? Try it. You can thank me later. It’s like night and day to lean on a treadmill and walk or run on a flat treadmill.

You can also walk in the hills. But I can’t snap my fingers and build a hill in front of your house. So the first 2 exercises are more calorie and fat burners that destroy belly fat by robbing it of energy.

3. Vacuum position

Okay, now it’s a straight ab workout. In fact, it is the best exercise you can do to shrink your waistline. My clients lose 1.75-3 inches off their waist in less than a month with this exercise.

Here’s what you do…

Suck your belly button… not your upper belly. Suck it in until you can’t suck it in anymore. You should feel your belly button touching your spine.

Now hold this position for 15-60 seconds. Rest, then repeat. Do this for 5 minutes every day and you should be 1.75 inches off your waist in less than a month. My clients who did this for 20 minutes a day lost a whopping 3 inches off their waist.

So if you do these 3 exercises, you should be able to shrink your waist by a few inches in less than a month.
