Also, avoid drinks like soda or sugary drinks. The point is you can still eat real food, just don’t eat too much of it and try to eat healthier.

However, for improved results, it is my recommendation to do physical activity 3-5 times a week. Maybe it’s walking 30 minutes four times a week. Maybe some lifting or jogging. It’s okay, be active.

4. Track your progress. I promise you it won’t feel better when you start seeing progress from your program. If your goal is to lose 40 pounds, you’ll know you’re on the right track after losing 5. It feels great. Be proud and keep working.
