Yoga Poses: Classic poses in Wii Fit focus on balance and stretching.

Balance Games: Wii Fit features fun activities like soccer balls and ski jumps that challenge the Wii Fit player’s overall body balance.

The Wii Balance Board has a weight limit of 136kg, so if you want to use it and are already over that weight, you should start losing weight now!! Once you hit the weight limit and start using the wii fit board, I’m sure the weight will come off and you’ll be as fit as a butcher’s dog!
