So what is the fastest way to lose weight without killing yourself. This is a question I get asked a lot. If you want to lose weight and stay healthy there are a few things you must do. So lets get started!

Drinking

Probably one of the most important things we need to do to lose weight fast is to drink lots of water every day. The reason water is so important is because it will clean out your body of any toxins.

Also it may interest you to know that another reason that it is so important to drink lots of water is because it will fill you up, so drink a big glass of water before a meal and you will eat a lot less. Aim to drink around 8 glasses a day.

Eating & the fastest way to lose weight

I recommend eating at least 5 small meals a day. The most important meal is breakfast which should never be skipped. Make sure you have a healthy but fulfilling breakfast every morning to stop you from snacking throughout the day.

The reason I say 5 small meals is because you will be drinking a lot of water so you can half what you normally eat in a meal and have 5 small meals a day to keep you from feeling hungry.

What about daily vitamins?

Your body needs vitamins and protein which you can get from eating healthily but it never hurts to take some daily all in one vitamins to give you that extra boost you need. These dont cost a lot and can be picked up from your local supermarket, drug store or health shop.

When it comes to taking vitamins I also take acai as well.

Do we need to exercise?

And lastly the most important thing you can do to lose weight is to exercise everyday. It is recommended to do at least 30 minutes of light exercise a day but in my opinion that is not enough. Yes at first start off with 30 minutes but do as much as you can. Try doing a 30 minute jog a day if you can, or join the gym. The best thing you can do and the most effective is to go swimming.

Now probably the best thing you can do to lose weight fast is to swim everyday. Swimming is the best way to lose weight and before you know it you have lost 10 pounds.
