8 Ways to Burn Belly Fat Without Exercise
Want to burn belly fat without exercise? Or, if you’re like me, you’re looking for other ways to burn belly fat beyond traditional exercise. Here are some great ways to increase your metabolism without sitting on a weight machine, lifting a barbell or working out your abs.
Walking has been heavily documented as the best thing sedentary people can add to lose weight permanently. Find opportunities to walk more each day. To the shop on the corner, around the house or to the place. It really doesn’t matter as long as you walk at least 30 minutes a day. Gradually increase your walking pace to 3.5 miles per hour.
2) Stand up
