Weight Loss – Extreme Body Weight Exercises to Lose Weight
If you want to lose weight and don’t really have much time to spend 2 hours a day jogging, then this bodyweight workout routine is what you’ve been looking for. This routine is not easy and will test your fitness, so before you attempt even one of these exercises, I want you to check with your doctor and get their approval to try this routine.
Once your doctor says you can do this exercise, try it and you can thank me later for a slimmer body.
This routine is done 3 times a week on non-consecutive days such as Monday, Wednesday and Friday. When you first start this program, you may only be able to do this routine twice a week. It’s ok, don’t get upset, take your time and work up to 3 days a week.
Ok lets go:
Burpees 20 reps
V – Ups 20 reps
Burpees 20 reps
Kettle-bell Swings with 2 hands 20 repetitions
Burpees 20 reps
The bear crawls 50 yards
Burpees 20 reps
If you can, repeat the entire sequence again after a short break.
Every muscle in your body should be screaming in pain at this point.
Make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water each day, especially on the days you do this routine. It will help flush out the lactic acid built up in your sore muscles and also help your body heal faster.
Also, make sure you eat a clean diet that includes lean protein, vegetables, and fruits. Stay away from flour products as they tend to clog your body systems.
8 to 9 hours of sleep is a must if you want to lose weight and gain muscle mass.
