Flat Stomach Workouts
Here are some simple one-exercise exercises for a flat stomach that you can do at home in a very short period of time. Getting a flat stomach is not that difficult. For most of us, it’s actually harder to find time to go to the gym than it is to get a flat stomach. I’m going to share with you some exercises that you can do at home in 5 minutes or less to get a slim stomach.
Exercise for a flat stomach
1. Ab Wheel Workout
If you don’t have this, get one. This thing REALLY WORKS! This is great for firming and toning your abs. Get on your knees or toes (toes are tougher), place your hands on the handles and wheels, then roll it out in front of you as far as you can while still controlling it. Then turn it back. TIP: Putting it back is the hardest part.
I suggest you do this for 30 seconds on and off for a total of 5 minutes. Do this exercise 4 days a week.
2. Exercise on the board
The plank is a good exercise for most people because it strengthens your core. What you do is stand on your toes while lying face down on the ground. Now lean on both forearms. Hold this position for as long as you can. Do this a total of 3 times for as long as you can.
Do this exercise 4 days a week.
These are 2 excellent flat stomach exercises that will lead to better looking abs if done regularly.
