If you are honest with yourself and write down everything you put in your mouth, then it will be quite easy to stop snacking because you won’t want to write it down! But seriously, you need to stop eating outside of meals. No chips, no pastries, no nibbles here and there. Stop nibbling.
3. Cut the carbs
If you really want to see fast and easy weight loss, the fastest way to lose weight is to eliminate carbohydrates from your diet, especially white flour and sugar. 4. Cut out the diet soda
I don’t think there’s any solid evidence yet that artificial sweeteners increase your appetite or slow down weight loss, but there’s plenty of anecdotal evidence from dieters who’ve cut back on diet soda to suggest it’s worth experimenting with. If you stop drinking diet soda, you’ll likely find that the weight comes off more easily and you’ll feel less bloated.
5. Drink more water
I know you’re probably tired of hearing this, but drinking more water will definitely help you lose weight fast. Drinking water will prevent your body from retaining water so you won’t get bloated, and it will also give you a feeling of fullness to help control your appetite. So drink at least 8 glasses a day.
You can add lemon or lime if it makes it easier to drink. Ice also helps. Skip the artificially sweetened flavor packets for now, or you’ll be wasting your time cutting back on diet soda. It’s the same sweetener!
