7 Day Rice Diet Plan – Lose Pounds Quickly

Here’s a 7-day rice meal plan that will help you lose weight fast. This diet should be used for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 2 weeks. Starting on day 3, you will lose 1.5 lbs per day.

In this diet, unclean brown rice is recommended for all dishes.

1 day:

Breakfast: one apple, rice (80 grams of dry food) plus one tablespoon of lemon juice. Unsweetened green tea.

Lunch: vegetable soup, vegetables 150g salad made of different vegetables except tomatoes, 80g rice mixed with a teaspoon of vegetables or olive oil.

Dinner: vegetable soup, 80 grams of rice and 2 large carrots.

2 days:

7 days:
