7 Day Rice Diet Plan – Lose Pounds Quickly
Here’s a 7-day rice meal plan that will help you lose weight fast. This diet should be used for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 2 weeks. Starting on day 3, you will lose 1.5 lbs per day.
In this diet, unclean brown rice is recommended for all dishes.
1 day:
