How Can a Mini Trampoline Really Help Me Stay Healthy?

When it comes to trampoline exercises, my first impression of a rebounder or mini-trampoline was – this is ridiculous, a waste of time, just a toy. It certainly couldn’t help me stay healthy – and I don’t want to waste my time.

The idea of ​​trampoline fitness brought up all the questions listed below why a mini trampoline should not be the best exercise machine or fitness equipment to help keep you healthy.

Is rebounding really that good for you?

When I first heard about rebound, I really thought it was just a pretend trampoline mini game for kids. It actually turned out to be a real surprise for me!

1) It doesn’t offer anything that I don’t already do running or weight training! I found that it gave me extra benefits to stay healthy.

o Rebound improves the brain’s response to the vestibular apparatus within the inner ear, thereby improving balance.

o Rebounding provides an increased G force (gravitational load), which strengthens the musculoskeletal systems of your entire body.

o It also strengthens every cell in your entire body at the same time, not limited to just engaging the cells of those muscles used for running or weight training.

2) I’m already enjoying all the health benefits of running and weight training.

o I realized that rebound protects the joints from chronic fatigue and impact caused by exercising on hard surfaces.

o Rebounding also helps lymphatic circulation by stimulating the millions of one-way valves in the lymphatic system. – thus significantly strengthens the immune system to stay healthy.

3) Rebounding is not as good as running or weight training to stay healthy. It is only meant to add huge benefits to your existing training, not replace it. Of course, rebounding is much better than no exercise. Alternating speed intervals running in place on a rebounder with a regular high jump with a rebounder will do a lot to get you in shape. The higher and more you rebound the fitter you will be.

4) I’m already in better shape from the gym and running. There are many additional benefits to recovery in the gym and running don’t provide quite as well to staying healthy.

Because rebounding is so convenient, easy and effective and provides so many additional health benefits, I don’t use my rebounder every day to stay healthy. It’s definitely far from child’s play and it’s fun.
