Drink plenty of water and you are giving your digestive system the rest and cleansing it needs. It is easier for our digestive system to digest shakes, water and other liquids than food and other solid particles. You can also include other protein shakes that are pre-made, but make sure they are not full of sugar and other unnecessary fillers and stuff.
