Extreme Bodyweight Exercise!

If you’re looking for an extreme fat-burning workout that you can do without the need for a fully equipped gym, then you need to include a burpee/pull up combo in your workouts. In fact, this single combination can be an entire workout in itself if you want. Trust me, when it comes to this little exercise, nothing will fail you to get a good workout.

So how is the burpee/pull up combo done? For starters, you’ll need a pull-up bar of a relative height that allows you to make a good jump off the ground to grab the bar. Start the combo by standing under the pull bar. From there, you’ll do burpee calisthenics to start the workout.

To do this, you will stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. The first step of a burpee is to squat down and place your hands on the ground in front of you. Next, you shoot out your legs and kick your legs back to stretch your body into an upright position. Third, from here you do a normal push-up. Once you’ve done the push up, shoot your legs out again to bring them back under you into a crouched position. Finally, you stand up, jump up to grab the bar, perform a pull-up, and return to the ground to start the process all over again!
