3. Stay away from the store! It’s the perfect workout solution for those with errands on the go every day. I don’t recommend brisk walking or jogging as it might draw unwanted attention (laughs).

5. Do some deep breathing exercises throughout the day! Not only is this very easy to do, but it is also very beneficial in many different ways. To do deep breathing exercises, I recommend that you inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, inhale air through your stomach, and exhale through your nose and stomach.
