In this post, I ask myself, in the process of aging, what sets you apart from those who are often aging without taking ultimate care of their body and face? What can you do now to differentiate yourself from your peers? What could give you that extra edge to be complimented as you get older?

Ultimately, the factors that differentiate younger men from older men are simple.

1. Weight gain or even “fat” body deformation

2. Unhealthy, “dull” skin

3. Sagging skin with unwanted wrinkles

4. Lack of facial muscle definition – excess fat around the chin, chin, does not “sculpt” the true contours of the face

5. Double Chin Syndrome – I see this in over 90% of “older” men

1. Be slim and maintain a healthy weight and a very low body fat percentage.

2. Fresh and revitalized skin and firm facial tissue.

3. No obvious wrinkles or only a few not too deep fine lines.
