If you’re a meat lover, this is a meal you definitely need to try, especially since the end product gives you about 450 calories for dinner. Set the kitchen timer for 45 minutes for brown rice (or 25 minutes for white rice).
3. While the rice is toasting, bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil in the meat saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the marinated meat cubes. Carefully flip every 4-5 minutes until done.
4. In another pot, bring two cups of water to a boil and add the frozen broccoli. You can add some seasoned salt and a tablespoon of butter if desired. Boil for 10-12 minutes.
5.
