Well, just make this 1 small change to lose weight fast.

I recommend that you do this type of walking for 10-25 minutes continuously. If you have stairs in your house, it’s quite simple. Just walk up and down them non-stop for at least 10 minutes every day… or at least 5 days a week.

2. Take out sodas and coffee

I’m sure you already know this, but you’re actually doing it hard. Before I tell you how, I want to make sure you know that diet sodas are involved. You CANNOT drink them. They have aspartame in them and this unnatural sugar substitute actually stimulates your hunger so you eat a lot more than normal.

What you can do is what I did. I drank water with 2 packets of stevia (a natural sugar substitute). Within 3 days I never drank soda or Mountain Dew again. I don’t have the urge. Stevia gives me the sweet taste I crave… and yet it’s healthy for me. Now, if you want to get rid of coffee, drink stevia water and take 1 caffeine pill.

You’ll save thousands of calories a month… if not a week if you do this.
