5 Effective Exercises for Gynecomastia
Abnormal enlargement of male breasts is medically known as gynecomastia. The condition is often associated with obesity, so nonsurgical treatments for gynecomastia include exercise and weight loss. Here are five exercises that will help you shrink and firm your breasts effectively:
1. pull the wind
Extend your arms out in front of you, palms facing the roof. From this position, make a fist and begin to pull as if you are pulling the wind towards you. Do this for two minutes, then take a break.
