Aging Boomer or Ageless Bloomer?

If you were a woman aged 35-50, would you consider your quality of life 25 years from now? It’s normal not to think about the future at this stage of life because everything you can do to deal with what’s happening today – gray hair, new wrinkles, weight gain, your job, kids, mortgage, aging parents, Your husband’s midlife crisis.

If you see your future self, you might imagine yourself at 75 and beyond as “old”. You know what your elderly mother looks like and you think you’ll look like her. After all, getting old and declining is “normal”. Plus, conventional wisdom holds that you have no control over the aging process—so why waste time worrying about things you can’t control?

Even though you may think you can’t avoid conventional aging, you still want to stop the signs of aging from attacking your face and body. You want to maintain the youthful features you have now.

What are you doing to keep what you have? Are you living an anti-aging lifestyle? Or is your main anti-aging strategy limited to expensive face creams and moisturizers? Do you exercise regularly, or just think about it? Do you know which dietary supplements can prolong your life? Would you accept them if you knew what they were?

It doesn’t matter what you don’t do now. Taking informed action is important. Women between the ages of 35 and 50, as long as they are still alive, can still be youthful. However, it is important to understand the following:

Youth accompanies birth and is a short-term loan. Think of youth as an interest-free loan for about 20 years. After age 20, the payback period begins. Youth has done everything it can for you, and then you are on your own. Youth begins to leave your body at an accelerated pace unconsciously.

Another thing – enjoying an interest-free loan for so many years can be complacent. Because you don’t see youth leave in obvious ways, you think it’s going to last forever, and you neglect to devise a strategy to keep it. This seems to be human nature. You just let life happen and hope for the best. The result is traditional old age. What should I do?

The secret: Let youth do whatever it wants, and internalize the reality that youth is no longer free. That’s their key. In order to keep it, you have to pay a price called “effort”. You must implement a lifetime maintenance strategy now – next year it will be too late. The longer you delay taking action, the harder it will be to achieve immortality.

Make no mistake – never always is possible. I’m doing it – so can you.

It’s very important to visualize yourself and your life 25 years from now, because if you don’t know what you want and don’t have a plan to achieve it, you will grow old.

In 25 years, you’ll look and feel like a senpai, doing senpai things with senpai. The identification and interaction between you will reinforce the attitudes and behaviors of the older person. If that’s what you want, go for it! However, given the choice, I don’t know of any woman who would choose aging over eternity.

Pay the price for mature women who remain ageless, independent, vibrant, and alive. Resolve not to be a victim or to be categorized by your longevity. In our culture, we put labels on everyone. Instead of seeing or labeling yourself as an older person, think of yourself as an immature, mature woman in a state of constant growth.

The easiest and most comprehensive program I’ve found is Dov Oshri’s Anti-Aging Fitness Program. It gave me all the information and motivation I needed to start and keep a commitment.

Take control of your aging process by educating yourself to live an antiaging lifestyle. You must develop an open mind and be ready to completely change the way you think about aging and how you will live your life. There is a learning curve. Changing lifelong habits and attitudes takes time and patience, but it’s worth the effort. From now on, be the ageless woman you can be.
