The Millona M16 made by NCR, powered by a Desmosedici, is quite possibly the fastest and most exotic road bike ever made and definitely deserves to be in the Top 5!

The Italian superbike with a carbon frame weighs just 145 kg and has a claimed 200 hp (147 kW) at the rear wheel. It is lighter than most 800cc MotoGP racing bikes and uses carbon fiber and titanium for most of its components.

Thanks to lightweight components and racing-like performance, speeds over 300 km/h are no longer the realm of MotoGP racers.
