Others have sagging shoulders and a lot of fat deposits around the waist. This largely depends on a person’s genetics.
So if you’re pear-shaped, don’t expect simple weight-loss diets to turn you into a muscle machine. Or, if you’re a naturally fat girl, don’t even try to turn into Tyra Banks. That won’t happen.

Set realistic goals for yourself and start slowly. For example, if you start a diet plan in the new year, aim to lose 4 to 10 pounds by March.
This should be achievable if you stick to your diet and exercise routine. And make sure you stay motivated on your diet. Many people quit because of no results. Perseverance is a virtue necessary for success.
