This is the best way to do it if you want to work out to reduce your waist size. It’s called “vacuum pose.”
What you’re doing is sucking the navel (this is an important distinction since most belly suckers suck the upper abdomen). So suck in your navel as much as you can and hold that position for 15-60 seconds. The longer the better.
Afterwards, rest and repeat.
Repeat this action for 5 minutes every day. In less than a month, my clients have lost an average of 1.75 inches from their waists. I’ve even had overly ambitious clients who did this for 15-20 minutes a day and lost an average of less than 3 inches from their waists.
You don’t have to do all 5 minutes in a row. You can do this exercise anytime. Just make sure to complete a total of 5 minutes each day.
