Joe Rogowski did a great job mixing Dwight’s workout routine. One day he’ll lift very heavy weights to gain strength and explosiveness, the next he’ll focus on plyometrics that improve speed and agility. bench press – Dwight mixes it up using straight bars and dumbbells. Rogowski likes to have Dwight perform the pyramid routine. The pyramid he uses is 10-8-6-4-2.
leg press – Joe prefers to have Dwight use the leg press machine instead of free weight squats. Dwight’s back was hyperextended, and Joe didn’t want to put Dwight’s back in danger. The leg press is a safe exercise that allows Dwight to handle very heavy weights.
perfect push ups – One of Dwight’s favorite exercises is the push-up. He does a lot of push-ups at home. In fact, he incorporated push-ups into his video game sessions. For example, when he was playing a game of boxing (his favorite), Dwight would do a set every time he knocked someone out. role playing game? Every time he dies, he does as many push-ups as possible.
