Well, I’ve teased you long enough. Time to unravel the secrets and crux of this article. But let me go back to my wife first. She weighed 325 pounds, and with her doctor’s approval, she underwent gastric bypass surgery. In the first three months, she lost 80 pounds. Within the first four months, she lost her life. She died at the age of 55 from a heart attack brought on by decades of obesity and the damage it had done to her heart. Which brings me to the real secret. die. That’s the first three letters of “diet.” you have it. Now you’ll never gain weight and worry about the stress of diet and exercise. After all, it works for her.
