How to Lose Pounds, Lose Weight, and Lose Fat With a Daily Power-Walking Fitness Program

Are you serious about losing weight?

Are you trying to lose weight? I mean, do you seriously, honestly, genuinely want to die and want to lose weight and get in shape? Or, are you still counting on that so-called miracle diet to turn you into a new sex symbol. You know, that diet that you pay big bucks for and you don’t follow? Do you want to be slimmer, sexier and have a tighter body? Do you want to wear your skinny jeans again?

Of course you do. It amazes me that 95% of the people on the planet want to look good, slim, fit and sexy, and aren’t willing to work for it! Do you really think that just being mindful of what you eat can get you a sexy body? it won’t. Time to get real.

Do you want to be sexy? That’s it…

Sex doesn’t come cheap. You have to work hard for it. You have to take the time to do it. You have to want it badly. Now, if you’re willing to dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to get a leaner, sexier, toned body – you can. Your sexy and toned body starts with a 30-45 minute daily plan of walking and exercise.

This is a proven fitness program that I have used for over twenty years. I’ve taught this simple fitness program to hundreds of people over the years and it works. It’s brisk walking with the added muscle-tightening routine.

Walking is your secret weapon

Now please don’t dismiss me just because I’m talking about walking. Walking is very effective. Walking will burn calories, burn fat and make you lean. Brisk walking is just as good as jogging and running, if not better, because it’s an easier workout for the knees and everyone can do it.

No, you won’t lose 10 pounds in a week. That kind of weight loss is mostly water weight loss anyway. Losing weight fast isn’t about fat around your belly, unattractive saddlebag thighs, or a muffin waistline. Losing fat tissue takes time, effort and dedication.

Well, enough preaching. Here’s what you need to do to lose weight and fat (and muffin waist):

– Commit yourself to at least – at least – 30 to 45 minutes a day of strength walking and exercise. what…? You don’t have time? You have to find time… no excuses. remember, “You have to pay a price to look sexy and beautiful.”

– This is power walking in a nutshell: go fast. Stretch your stride. push yourself every step of the way you take. Don’t – don’t – just go with the flow. push yourself every step of the way. Trust me, you’ll know when you get it right.

– Your legs and calves will be sore at first. In stride walking, it’s good to be sore and hurt at first; it means you’re doing it right.

– If possible, incorporate some push-ups, sit-ups and leg raises into your exercise routine. Spend 15 minutes each day doing exercise other than walking.

– Get yourself a set of rubber bands. use them. No, you don’t need to lift weights. I use resistance bands every day.Resistance bands are more effective than weights and dumbbells toning Body. They’re easier to handle, and, when you’re done, you just toss them in a drawer, out of sight.

– Walk and exercise every day. to form a habit. There is no reason. It’s important to make this an ingrained habit. I cannot stress this enough.

– Weigh and record every day. Write down your weight on a calendar. Also, write a “W” on your calendar for each day you walk and a “WO” for each day you exercise. When your weight is black and white, you can’t ignore it. Weigh yourself daily. This is a great motivation to stick to your plan.

This routine works. It will burn fat and calories with muffin tops and saddle bag thighs. If you focus, it will—absolutely will—make you thin.

I consider this program my anti-aging, body-building, slimming, amazing beauty program. Be sure to get your doctor’s approval before starting this or any other exercise program.
