Unhealthy habits have been linked to metabolic disease, joint pain, bone problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, being overweight, and more. Nutrition, lifestyle and health are all intertwined, so staying in good shape really depends on us.

Let’s look at some points where many people are affected:

Body Mass Index (BMI): Too much junk food, soda, and a poor diet can lead to obesity. You can learn more from BMI. It is calculated based on a formula that takes your weight and height into account and determines whether you are underweight, overweight or obese.

unwilling to exercise: Exercise can prevent insomnia, obesity, heart disease, diabetes…etc. Exercise is also a stress buster. But due to our busy schedules, we often skip our daily workouts.

sleep: Proper sleep is the most important foundation for a healthier, happier life. Dark circles, stress, depression and weight gain are all due to poor sleep. Using your computer and phone until midnight can disrupt your sleep patterns, often leading to insomnia and restless sleep. Addiction to your phone can lead to depression.
