How To Lose Belly Fat With A 7 Minute Workout
Here’s how to lose belly fat with an easy 7-minute workout you can do at home. It’s so much better than jogging and crunches…and in less time, 7 minutes. If you do this workout 4 times a week (28 minutes), you’ll actually lose belly fat by the end of the first week.
Hundreds of my clients have pretty much proven this to be the best and most effective way to lose belly fat.

1. Indian squat
This is a no-weight squat version. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while sliding or touching the ground with your fingertips for each repetition. You will do this for 5 minutes. Repeat as many times as possible. Your goal is to get at least 100 within 5 minutes. This melts stomach fat quickly.
Total time so far is 5 minutes.
2. Spin circles like a child
This is a breakthrough workout that will do a lot more than just help you lose weight. After doing it a few times, it really gives you instant energy. That’s what you do.
Rotate 5-15 times clockwise with arms spread out like airplane wings. No matter how many spins it will make you a little dizzy. You don’t want to get very dizzy. You will then repeat this number for a total of 8 different sets of rotations. Each set of rotations takes about 15 seconds.
Total time to spin, 2 minutes. Note: You don’t have to do all the spin sets one after the other, you can spread them out throughout the day.
