So what is the right diet plan? A healthy balanced diet is always a good idea. But in order to lose weight fast, you’ll want to practice what’s known as calorie shifting. Here you eat more on certain days. This tells your body to keep your metabolism high. This will avoid having to eat less and exercise more to continue losing weight.
