Forget Waiting For Months to See Results – How to Get Rid of Stomach Fat in Two Weeks

The hardest part of my weight loss journey was undoubtedly the beginning, especially the first week. Like most people, I was used to thinking that it would take me weeks, even months, to see the results of my hard work. So painfully I fought on, demotivated every step of the way by bad diet advice from the “experts”. What I wouldn’t let know then, what I’m doing now. The plain and simple truth is that it is easy, very easy to burn fat and there are a number of ways to lose weight fast. Here are some of my favorite methods that worked wonders and took me from 177 to about 130 in two months.

Forget about a million clicks a day

If you really want to see your abs or simply tone up, the best way is to get rid of excess body fat in the stomach area. When I first started, I was literally doing a hundred push-ups a day to lose fat. It didn’t work for me and it won’t work for you because the best way to get rid of belly fat is to have what I call a “total body fat reduction plan”.

Here’s a question that some people don’t think about. Have you ever seen a man or woman with ripped abs but fat arms and thighs? Of course not, that would be ridiculous. So why do people do hundreds of push-ups a day and expect to have toned abs?

Not eating well

It doesn’t matter what you do, if you don’t have a healthy and balanced diet, forget about losing a pound of fat. It may seem obvious, but you’d be surprised how many first-time dieters forget this rule or ignore its importance.

Following this rule is much harder than people think. Because food affects almost every aspect of our lives (at least mine). This means eating out with friends less, or at least taking a weight-conscious alternative. No more drinking, no more parties, the list goes on and on.

So how can you do this without going crazy and falling into temptation? Luckily, I found a secret way to lose weight while hanging out with friends. The best part was waking up the next day 1-2 pounds lighter while they woke up 1-2 pounds heavier!

So this secret isn’t so secret after all. I’m sure you’ve heard them: the acai berry and colon duo. One cleanses your colon and boosts your metabolism, while the other is the biological equivalent of a fire hose; it just dissolves the fat.
